Kavi at this Shell was playing on his phone the entire time, wasn’t paying attention, and pressed the wrong button—charged me for 87 instead of 91. I ended up paying twice for 60 bucks each time. That’s just lazy and unprofessional. The irony is, he’s the one who messed up, yet he still took out his phone to record me. Is he really trying to record evidence of his own mistake? That’s absolutely ridiculous. You need to retrain this employee or take him off the register.
Oh my gosh, TERRIBLE experience!! At approximately 9:15 this morning on our way to a funeral, my husband and I stopped at this gas stn, as I needed to use the washroom facilities. I walked into the store, no customers, it was quiet. I saw a man behind the counter, so asked him where the washroom was. He pointed in the corner area, I used the facilities. As I was leaving, I thanked him. He responded, “the washroom is for customers only, next time use a public washroom, over there!” He pointed to a Mr. Sub. I was SHOCKED!!!!!! Seriously? I have never encountered anyone SO arrogant and disrespectful. I have never had issues with using a washroom in the past at ANY gas stn! When I initially walked into the store and inquired where the washroom was, WHY didn’t he tell me then that it was for customers only “so you better make a purchase!” We were going to fill the car with gas, I came out and told my husband how I was just treated!! He said, forget that, no gas here. Not surprised 2.9 stars from 45 reviews. Read some comments, identical to my issue. Read the review from June 17/24; Shell Customer Service replied indicating they would address the issue with the owner. Shame on you Shell as you obviously neglected to speak with this franchise owner. As others have indicated, will NEVER stop here again even if we are running out of gas. Will push our vehicle to the next gas stn. (And one never knows what someone is going through,,,,attending a funeral. A difficult day to begin with).
This gas station is located in a suburb area at the intersection of two busy countryside highways. Entrance are not smooth due to heavy traffic. Waiting time was too long when I entered to this gas station today (Friday) afternoon around 1:00 pm. They need more dispenser, although currently have only four including diesel.
I work far from home and I can use a washroom break on my route for 2 years now this shell gas station has been my stop for fuel only and I regret filling my gas here because everytime I go inside to pay the washroom is always out of order I try to stay away from shell gas station now even though they take air miles they are very dirty and rude now I try to go to Petro Canada cleaner better service and nice store with rest rooms
I requested some liquid be put into 1 of 4 empty window wash squeegee containers. The attendant did not care to help. Just told me someone else has to do it. Vad experiences more than once with same attendant. Evenings Monday to Friday This location may want to stick to specified hours. Closing at 930pm on Wednesday
Self serve, pumps worked. Not much to say about a gas station. It worked which is good? Nothing blew up? So I guess that is all good. As for a gas station 5 stars!
