Very very rude man behind cash. I stop at this gas station probably twice a week .My car broke down in the corner of the lot and asked him if it was okay to leave it there for a few hours until I get a tow truck . He told me if I didn’t get a tow right away he was going to have it towed and impounded. I will no longer be going there. Customer lost.
Paid for gas at the pump. Decided to go in to use the washroom. I read the sign. Paid customers only. Ask cashier for key. He tells me.. someone's in there already and has the key. So I'm waiting and he says to me. You know the washroom is for paying customers right? I said, yeah I can read! I followed all the rules here and I would like to use the washroom. He says don't be mad, I'm just letting you know. I left. Won't be back. Also, while all this back and forth is going on... the store smells like urine. Unbearable, I don't know how cashier is even breathing in there.
Place was very concerned about keeping people out of the washrooms. Pretty convenient it was out of order after the half dozen signs plastered everywhere stating: 'these are not public washrooms, for customers only'. I have a feeling it's always out of order.
I like this Esso because it’s on my way home from work and staff has always been nice and friendly. The only complaint is people bothering me while I’m pumping gas selling various car cleaning products. Providing a demonstration while I’m filling my tank is nothing I’m interested in. Twice I pumped 10L or less to just leave immediately instead of being bothered by a sales pitch. Please stop allowing these pushy people to bother us trying to fill our tanks after a long day.
Worst Customer Service ever ! I was there to buy washer fluid. Then i asked for restroom key, the guy said it is for the customers who fill gas from us. That was rude!
Two times, we bought esso gift cards in this location. And two times we found out in other location esso that there no money on it. When I tried to talk to management for the first time, and proof that i never use it, there should be the amount, they couldn't help me, because when you bought it, they broke the card for 2 pieces. So, there is no chance to return. You guys make $100 with me, but lost your client ! Don't recommend this gas station.
Woman, who is working, has very rude behaviour. She didn’t speak anything not even greetings no hello no thank you even i gave her greetings still she didn’t say nothing. I felt like i am criminal for getting gas to this gas station. Extremely poor costumer service
