I have tried many places all around the GTA. I cannot decide if this is #1 or #2. But trust me it is good!!!. The bread is good-price is good and the amount is amazing.
Today was my second time coming here I wished I lived closer because it’s hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever had. Tried the lamb shank today , it’s falling off the bone and so much flavour. Highly recommend .
While visiting the area my family and I ordered here. The selection and food were excellent. Staff was friendly and patient. I highly recomment it. Very clean
I drove through the area today and decided to stop at La Mar Shawarma. Man, I’m so glad that I did. The meat was cooked to perfection, the lentil soup was divine, and the freshly made baklava and various sauces were delicious. I was very surprised to see bad reviews on here but quickly realized they are all towards the previous owners. The new owners are so kind and opened in January of this year. Highly recommend the BBQ plate with the 3 meat options. See you guys soon!
Me and my buddy came here for a last minute dinner. I got the mix shawarma plate. Everthing was great the chicken had a nice crisp to it and the beef shawarma is what really stood out to me it didnt taste like every other shawarma shop the beef shawarma here actualy looks and taste like its home made as you can see all the herbs and spices through out the meat. Everything was fresh and the place was clean. If you looking for great food and a good portion come check out this place and support local.
I had the Falafel Wrap and it was fantastic!! Best falafel I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend for any vegetarians. This place is 100 times better than Lazeez or Osmows!
So I tried the new ownership yesterday and I couldn't eat my food, it tasted like water and I found some raw chicken skin and fat in my dinner. Wasted 50 bucks. No where near as good as the other couple (the original owners). Never going again
